MESA · Map, Execute, Supervise, Audit

AI that works across your whole business, not in one chat window.

Your business runs on an ERP, spreadsheets, an inbox and a bank portal that don't talk to each other. MESA joins them into one live picture and puts AI to work on it: the routine gets done every day, problems are caught while they're cheap, and your people spend their time on decisions. A person stays in charge of everything that matters, and every step is on record.

Why most AI stalls

AI is only as useful as what it can see, and what you trust it to do.

Most companies have tried AI by now. It drafts well. It rarely does the work. Three reasons, and MESA's answer to each:

It can't see the job

A chatbot sees what you paste in.

The job lives across the ERP, the inbox and three spreadsheets. MESA maps them into one picture first, so the AI works on all of it.

Nobody lets it act

Without rules, it stays a toy.

Useful for drafts, never trusted with the work. MESA sets out what needs a person and lets the rest go ahead.

Nobody can check it

If you can't trace it, you can't use it.

Not in front of a client, an auditor or a regulator. MESA records what it read, did and who approved it.

Why it pays

Where the value comes from.

Not from the chat window. From routine work done every day without fail, mistakes caught before they cost you, and decisions made with everything in view. Six places it shows up:

  1. 01

    Hours back, every day.

The checking, chasing and retyping that fills the morning runs on its own, and your people spend their time on the calls only they can make. A two-hour daily task is about 500 hours a year.

In tradeShipments, payments and prices checked before the team arrives.

In financeSources read and reconciliations run overnight.

  2. 02

Misses caught before they cost you.

Every open item is checked every day, against every system, not only the ones someone remembered. Problems surface while they are still cheap to fix.

In tradeThe late container, the expiring letter of credit, the invoice gone 30 days overdue.

In financeThe wrong amount in a notice, or a break in a reconciliation, before anything goes out.

  3. 03

Money found in data you already have.

With the records in one picture, the gaps show: cash stuck in overdue invoices and slow stock, prices paid above the market, margins that slipped. Reconciling one feed manufacturer's purchasing line by line found about PKR 70M a year.

In tradeReceivables chased daily; every purchase set against the market price.

In financeFees, costs and exposures reconciled line by line, not sampled.

  4. 04

    Faster answers, better decisions.

A question that took an afternoon of pulling reports is answered as it is asked, because the records are already joined. Decisions are made with everything in view, while they still matter.

In tradeQuote a buyer with today's price, stock and freight in hand.

In financeKnow what an overnight move means for your positions before the open.

  5. 05

    Control you can show.

Rules decide what needs a person, and every step is on record. You can let AI take on more without losing control, and show a client, a partner or an auditor exactly what happened and who approved it.

In tradeWho approved which buyer email, and from which records.

In financeAn audit trail for every check and every sign-off.

  6. 06

Each job makes the next one cheaper.

The picture of your business is built once. The next job starts from it, so it takes less work than the first, and the value grows with every job you add.

In tradeAfter the risk list, paperwork drafted from the same deal records.

In financeAfter the morning brief, reconciliations on the same positions.

How it fits together

Your systems in, decisions out, every step on record.

Your systems (ERP, CRM, email, spreadsheets, bank, market data) feed one map of the business; AI answers, checks, drafts and flags on it; routine work goes ahead and what matters waits for your approval; every step is recorded. A morning with MESA

One late shipment, from first sign to sent email, in four steps.

An export firm, an ordinary Tuesday. The records are made up; the steps are how MESA works.

  1. 07:58 01 Map

    Four systems, one thread.

Overnight, MESA has joined yesterday's orders from the ERP, the shipping updates from the inbox and the payments from the bank file. Order 1182 is now one thread: the buyer, the container, the invoice and the contract.

  2. 08:02 02 Execute

The work, done before anyone asks.

It checks every open deal against your rules. Order 1182: the container is four days late, the invoice is 30 days overdue, and the market has moved against the contract. It drafts a note to the buyer and a two-line summary for the sales lead.

  3. 08:31 03 Supervise

A person decides what goes out.

The sales lead reads the draft, changes one line and approves it. A routine reminder under the limit you set would have gone on its own; this one touches a large buyer, so it waited.

  4. 08:31 04 Audit

The answer to "why?", already written.

The record shows what MESA read, what it found, what it drafted, who approved it and what was sent. If the buyer disputes it in March, the whole story is one click away.

The four layers

What each layer does, and what goes wrong without it.

01

Map: one live picture of the business.

MESA connects, read-only, to the systems you already run and models what your business deals in: customers, orders, shipments, invoices, prices, and how they link. It stays in step as they change. Nothing is migrated and nothing is replaced.

Without itThe AI answers from whatever someone pasted in, and misses the overdue invoice sitting in another system.

02

Execute: AI that does the work, not just the talking.

On that picture, the AI answers questions across systems, checks one record against another, drafts documents from the data, and flags what needs attention, on a schedule or the moment something changes. It works only with the data and permissions you give it.

Without itYour team still does the checking by hand, and the AI waits to be asked.

03

Supervise: rules decide what needs a person.

You set the lines: an amount, a customer, a kind of action. Under them, the routine goes ahead. Over them, it waits for approval, which happens where your team already works.

Without itEither nobody lets the AI act, or it acts where it shouldn't.

04

Audit: every step on record.

What MESA read, what it concluded, what it did and who approved it, recorded as it happens and kept. It is how you check the AI, train your team on it, and answer a client or an auditor.

Without itA mistake can't be traced, so the AI can't be trusted with anything that matters.

What you get

A private workspace your team signs in to, running on your own data.

Not a report and not a demo. At the end of the 5-Day Build your team has a working system: a web app on any laptop or phone, connected to your systems, doing one job every day, with you approving what matters.

Illustration with made-up data: the workspace on a laptop, and an approval on a phone. Each one is built around your job and your systems.

The MESA workspace.

A private web app your team signs in to, from any laptop or phone; nothing to install. Today shows what needs you, Ask answers questions from your records and shows which ones, Approvals holds the drafts waiting for a yes, and Record keeps every step.

Connections to your systems.

Read-only links to the ERP, spreadsheets, inbox and bank or market files the job needs, refreshed on a schedule. Nothing in them changes without approval.

The job, running every day.

The use case we built together, running each morning or the moment something changes, with a short summary in your inbox.

Approvals on your phone.

The steps that matter wait in the workspace and in the morning email: open, read, approve. The routine goes ahead on its own.

Hosted where you choose.

In your own cloud account, or in an encrypted workspace we run for you. Your data stays yours, and leaves with you.

A proper handover.

Admin access, a walkthrough with your team, a short guide, and the measured before and after. A native iPhone app can come later, if you want one.

What MESA is

A way of building, not a box you buy.

MESA is our method and the building blocks we have already built and used. Each deployment is built for one business, on its own systems, by us. You don't move to a new platform: MESA works with the tools you already have.

Tazah AI

The first system built this way: an assistant for a commodity trading desk. Ask about prices, buyers or a deal in plain language; it answers from live data, then drafts the contract, buyer email or client report for approval.

A news pipeline

AI reads 80 sources a day, pulls out the events that move prices, and keeps a set of market views, each scored for confidence and paired with a test that would prove it wrong.

Questions buyers ask

The short answers.

Do we have to replace anything?

No. MESA reads from the systems you already run. Nothing is migrated, and your team keeps working where it works today.

Is it an app we install?

No. It's a private web app: your team signs in from a browser on a laptop or a phone, and approves from wherever they are. If you'd like a native iPhone app later, we build those too.

What can the AI see?

Only what you connect, read-only by default. You choose the systems and the fields; nothing else is visible to it.

What if it gets something wrong?

Anything that matters waits for a person, so a mistake is caught before it goes out. Every step is recorded, so it can be traced and the rule fixed.

Where does our data go?

It stays in your systems, or in an encrypted workspace we delete if you don't go on. We use AI providers' business services, which do not train on what you send.

How long until it works?

The first use case runs on your own data in five days. That is the 5-Day Build.

Who owns what's built?

You own what is built on your data. MESA's own building blocks stay ours, licensed to you for as long as you use them.
