Terms
Terms of this site.
In plain words. Updated 19 October 2026.
Who we are
arakyss.com is the site of Arakyss, an AI studio in Karachi, Pakistan, founded and run by Essa Paracha. "We" and "us" on this page mean Arakyss.
What belongs to us
Everything on this site belongs to Arakyss and is protected by copyright: the 3D world and everything in it, its code, models, drawings and sounds, the words, the diagrams and the images. "Arakyss" and "MESA" are the names we trade under and the names of our work.
You are welcome to look around, to link to any page and to share those links. Without our written permission, you may not:
- copy, download, scrape or reproduce the site, its code, its 3D models or its designs, in whole or in part;
- take apart, decompile or reverse-engineer the site's code;
- build anything that copies or imitates the site, its world or MESA, or present any of it as your own;
- use the names "Arakyss" or "MESA" for your own products or services.
Work we do for clients
Work we do for a client is governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over this page. Unless that agreement says otherwise:
- what we build on your data, and your data itself, are yours;
- MESA's building blocks, our tools and our methods stay ours, and are licensed to you for as long as you use what we built;
- we keep what you share with us confidential, and use it only to do the work.
What we keep when you write to us
The contact forms send us your message, your email address, the page you were on and the country your connection came from. We keep them to reply to you and to run our business. We do not sell or share them. To see or delete what we hold, write to hello@arakyss.com.
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and collects no personal data. The world remembers a few things in your own browser, such as your best rally times and the vehicle you picked; they stay on your device. A name you post to the rally leaderboard is shown to other visitors.
What is shown here
The world on this site is a simulation. The records, prices and activity in it, in its demos and in our diagrams are made up unless a source is given. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or investment advice.
The law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We may update this page; the date above says when it last changed.
